Terms of Use

SoleCheck provides AI-assisted entertainment and photo-presentation feedback. SoleScore, category scores, tiers, verdicts, Potential SoleScore and Deep Dive content are automated, subjective outputs about presentation and photography choices.

They are not scientific measurements, medical diagnoses, health assessments, psychological evaluations, professional advice, or any measure of a person’s worth.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SoleCheck. By submitting an image, you represent that you are 18 or older. You may submit only images of adults age 18 or older who have consented to the submission. Use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so.

Submit only images you own or otherwise have the rights and permission to use, and only images of adults who have consented. You keep ownership of your photograph — ADK Intelligence LLC does not claim ownership of it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process the image to produce your result, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit sexual or explicit content, content involving minors, graphic injury, images of people without permission, unlawful content, or content intended to harass someone. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment or entitlement checks, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.

Results are generated algorithmically. They can be imperfect, inconsistent with your own view, or simply wrong, and they are offered for entertainment and light photo-coaching. Do not rely on SoleCheck for medical, health, psychological, legal, financial or other professional decisions.

Deep Dive is a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD for a single result. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. It unlocks the extended analysis for that result — Potential SoleScore, full improvement opportunities, category explanations and the premium result presentation.

Deep Dive gives you feedback and suggestions. It does not guarantee that your SoleScore will increase, or increase by any particular amount, if you follow them.

Deep Dive purchases are one-time digital purchases. If you experience a technical problem, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or believe a refund is otherwise warranted, contact support@adkintelligence.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law. If a refund is issued, access to the associated Deep Dive may be revoked.

Share links, challenge links, QR codes and Share Cards are designed to be shared publicly. Anyone with the link or card can see the information it contains. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

The SoleCheck.ai name, branding, site design, software, and proprietary presentation templates are owned by or licensed to ADK Intelligence LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share your own result and Share Cards as permitted by the service, but you may not copy, reproduce, or exploit the service itself except as permitted by law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and results are retained only for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may restrict or terminate access, and remove content, where the service is being abused or these terms are breached.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to SoleCheck.ai are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Questions or concerns may be directed to support@adkintelligence.com.
